Cooking Recipes Chicken Soup

Cooking recipes – rather than buy, homemade mending khan. Especially served  with beloved family.

1/2 tailed free-range chicken, cut into 6 portions
1750 ml water
1 sheet of bay leaf
3 pieces of Orange leaves
1 cm galangal, bruised
2 cm ginger, bruised
3 3/4 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon oil for sautéing
oil for frying

Subtle Seasoning:
8 grains of red onion
4 cloves garlic
turmeric 1 cm, burned

Spicy Cayenne Pepper:
20 cayenne pepper fruit
4 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

150 grams of grated   coconut, roasted peanuts, crushed coarse for sprinkling
50 g sprouts short
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
2 fruit lemon
25 grams of fried shallots

The Way Of Processing:

Boil chicken, water, Bay leaves, lime leaves, galangal, ginger, salt and granulated sugar until the chicken is cooked. Remove the chicken and fries. Shred-shred. Set Aside.
Heat the oil. Saute seasoning smooth until fragrant. Pour the boiled water into the broth. Bring To A Boil. Lift.
Make spicy cayenne pepper, boiled cayenne pepper and garlic. Lift. Add salt and granulated sugar. Puree.
Serve soup with chilli pepper and complement.
